One day laboring me as this technical support computer discover troubleshooting in one of PC in my office, the user say that his PC sudden cannot printing after cleaned viruses. User also say that all printer driver installed disappear.
Above problems after I analyse is cannot started PRINT SPOOLER services, what possible be destroyed by virus.
My solution for this situation is :
1. Run REGEDIT in other PC
2. Explore HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\SERVICES
3. Mark SPOOLER and then right click mouse, choose menu EXPORT.
Save [in] flashdisk by the name of SPOOLER.REG
4. Run REGEDIT in PC which cannot printing.
Select File Menu – Import then browse of file SPOOLER.REG ( in flashdisk )
5. Restart PC and try print again.
